Meet Our Staff

Jim is a Florida native and spent 12 years serving our country in the US Army, attaining the rank of Captain before entering seminary. He attended Mid America Baptist Seminary for his M.Div and Doctorate. Jim and his wife Myra have been married almost 30 years and have 2 adult children.

Aaron grew up in Mount Pleasant, NC. He is a graduate of Lee University, Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary, and is currently in the D.Min. program at Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. He has been serving the youth of FBC Concord since August 2013. He and his wife Amanda reside in Kannapolis.

Born in Advance NC but raised in Concord, Luke is the son of a local pastor. He is a graduate of Northwest High, North Greenville University, and Southwestern Theological Seminary (MDiv). Luke has a talent and passion for music and using it to praise the Lord. He and his wife Katherine make their home in Salisbury.

A lifelong resident of Concord and lifetime member of FBC Concord, Korighan started teaching in AWANA while in high school. Before being called to FBC she was a full-time nanny, taught at a local preschool, and continues to teach dance at Cabarrus Dance Academy.

Angela joined the FBC Concord staff in September 2021. She comes from an education background and has been in administration for 3 years. She lives in Kannapolis with her husband Scott. Her dedication to service makes her an exceptional member of our staff.

Cindy has been in church finance for many years, working across Cabarrus and Rowan County for area churches. She is a lifelong resident of Salisbury and resides there with her husband Eddie. They have 2 daughters, and her favorite pastime is spending time with family.

A native of Cabarrus County and a proud graduate of Concord High School, Eugene has honed his craft over many years in construction and plumbing. He and his wife Cindy have 5 adult children. Eugene loves working with the Boy Scouts and fishing.
